The Apache RAT tool was running as part of the project verification in Pirk's
pom.xml, and checking the code was compliant during lifecycle stages, including
compilation.
This now appears to be be broken, as I can remove a source file header comment,
and successful run a mvn clean compile without RAT finding the problem.
Not investigated yet, but:
