0.17.0 is able to inspect a lot more formats that the previous version. It seems while 0.16.x detected PDFs as "binary", it now looks into them and fails the build. I think we need an exclusion for "*.pdf" to make things work with 0.17 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
