from 4e5425ca63 refactor: Refactored the Firmata driver to the new SPI.
Also added a VirtualAVR Integration test, that runs the driver against a
dockerized virtual device.
add e2f7cab41e test: Updated the testsuite to actually do more sensible
testing.
