Replace rtl.docx test file with more complete test case. (#1175)
I had crafted this test to contain examples of:
1. <w:rtl/>
2. <w:rtl w:val="true"/>
3. <w:rtl w:val="false"/>
4. no rtl element
But committed the wrong file by mistake, which only contains examples
of 2 and 4.
