Since the error is not reliably reproducible, could you please tell us under what conditions it occurs? For example, does it occur more frequently during replication (retrieving attachments from a remote database) or when adding or bulk inserting attachments? I have a general workaround in mind, but it would require more effort than writing a specific patch for this problem: I considered some time ago whether [OPFS](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/File_System_API/Origin_private_file_system) might be better suited for attachments, but I never tested my hypothesis... -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
