massakam opened a new pull request #2619: Fix aggregation process of topic stats URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-pulsar/pull/2619 When `exposeTopicLevelMetricsInPrometheus` is false, all values of `pulsar_msg_backlog` included in the metrics of prometheus are always 0. This is because there is a mistake in aggregation process of each topic stats.
