The message "0" is sent the first time at 34:26 and the second time at 34:35 where one would have expected to get it at 34:31. And the period of redelivery afterwards is 10s instead of 5s. I think the problem comes from the fact that redelivery is done in batch, not taking into account the actual arrival time of the message.
