sijie commented on issue #3224: Function option --subscription-type does not work URL: https://github.com/apache/pulsar/issues/3224#issuecomment-449049494 @ngjaying : the documentation is probably out of date. the subscription-type was removed since 2.1.0 release. instead you should use processing guarantees or retainOrdering, so the pulsar functions would choose the right subscription type for processing guarantees. see details in #1880 @jerrypeng : can you help update the documentation about this tool?
