### Motivation
The proxy documentation is confusing about recommendations for configuring
the Proxy. Make sure that the "default" and "recommended" way are the same and
provided first in the documentation.
### Modifications
Swapped the service discovery and broker url sections. Added a warning not
to use service discovery in production.
### Verifying this change
This change is a trivial rework without any test coverage.
