Since @MarvinCai [is contributing Pulsar connector to Trino](https://github.com/trinodb/trino/pull/8020) and we've added docs [here](https://github.com/trinodb/trino/pull/8977) and planned to remove the majority content of the Pulsar SQL chapter, thus do we need to move the changes in this PR to https://github.com/trinodb/trino/pull/8977? @MarvinCai can you please take a look?
