   ### Modifications
   To align doc with code PR#8552 (https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/8552) 
and PR#8474 (https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/8474), the following changes 
have been made. 
   1. Add a parameter `brokerDeduplicationSnapshotIntervalSeconds` to the 
broker configurations.
   2. Add a section for topic-level APIs to configure de-duplication snapshot 
interval.
