### Motivation
Test case
`SimpleProducerConsumerTest#testBlockUnackedConsumerRedeliverySpecificMessagesProduceWithPause`
fails with debug log enabled.
Root cause is that `redeliver.getConsumerEpoch()` used in debug log without
check if it's set.
