The root cause of this issue is we only introduce delete one version of the packages. When we deleted all the versions of the package, the package name still exists but no versions were available. We'd better introduce a delete all packages rest API to handle deleting all the versions of a package. And remove the related root path. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
