### Motivation Fix issue #13856. ### Modifications The doc is somehow in place but lacks an illustration and necessary mapping to the concept of the system topic. 1. Add the missing illustration. 2. Add `system topic` to the section title to make it search-friendly and more places to enhance the mapping with change events. 3. Other minor changes.
