Why do users need to reset the replicator cursor. If the remote data is lost, 
they can just disable the replication and re-enable it, so that the replication 
will start to replicate data from the beginning of the topic.
   
   @codelipenghui I think reset replicator cursor will be helpful to migrate 
existing data from a pulsar cluster to a new empty pulsar cluster.
