Hitting the broker with curl
(/admin/v2/persistent/{TENANT}/{NAMESPACE}/{TOPIC}/partitioned-stats?perPartition=false&getPreciseBacklog=false&subscriptionBacklogSize=false)
does give us:
`(was java.lang.NullPointerException) (through reference chain:
org.apache.pulsar.common.policies.data.stats.PartitionedTopicStatsImpl["publishers"])`
