### Modifications Fix #15905 1. Add an example and weight range for the ThresholdShedder strategy. 2. Update `broker resource usage` to `broker average usage` in the ThresholdShedder illustration, and clarify the range of `Threshold shedder percentage`. 3. Streamline illustrations in terms of font style and format.
