   ### Issue
   
   On the [old Pulsar 
website](https://pulsar.staged.apache.org/docs/en/next/getting-started-standalone/),
 menu items are highlighted when scrolling.

   However, it disappears on the [new Pulsar 
website.](https://pulsar.apache.org/docs/next/getting-started-standalone/#install-pulsar-using-binary-release).
 It should work as same as the old website.

   ### Suggestion
   
   Is it better to make the top navigation sticky when scrolling on the page?
