merlimat opened a new issue #4080: Allow to enable/disable delayed deliver on a per-namespace base URL: https://github.com/apache/pulsar/issues/4080 As a follow-up item for #4062, we need to add the config option to control the delayed-delivery feature per namespace. I could work as: 1. Broker will have the default value true/false. 2. Super-user can override that on a particular namespace.
