dlg99 opened a new pull request, #16485:
URL: https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/16485

   ### Motivation

Kafka connect has a few "logical types", e.g.
org.apache.kafka.connect.data.Timestamp is an INT64 schema with name
"org.apache.kafka.connect.data.Timestamp" and special handling.

These types are INT32/INT64/BYTES schemas that expected to not return
int/long/byte[] but instead a java Date or BigDecimal objects.

Matching happens strictly by the schema name and not a type.

   ### Modifications

Added support for all currently existing the kafka connect's logical
schemas: both schema conversion (pulsar schema to kafka schema) and data.
