### Motivation
Currently, we can't run the `TEST(ClientTest, testSwHwChecksum)` test in M1
macOS,
since the arm doesn't have sse4.2 instruction,
we should choose the appropriate crc32c hardware instruction implementation
through macros.
### Modifications
Unify arm crc32c hw checksum provider interface by macros.
