### Motivation In the current implementation, `notifyPendingBatchReceivedCallBack` method always runs on `internalPinnedExecutor` thread, So, no need to use the lock to sync it. ### Modifications - Remove useless locks in batch receiving. ### Documentation <!-- DO NOT REMOVE THIS SECTION.
