We are trying to auto generate release notes on the [Release Notes](https://pulsar.apache.org/release-notes/) page. However, it seems this repo does not have releases, only having tags without release notes. I'm aware that a [CHANGELOG](https://github.com/apache/pulsar-dotpulsar/blob/2.3.0/CHANGELOG.md) file exists. Can we publish releases rather than tags (for stable versions) and sync the content of the CHANGELOG to the release body? In this way we can generate release notes page for Pulsar C# Client in the same way with other clients, like [Pulsar Go Client](https://github.com/apache/pulsar-client-go/releases). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
