just an idea: with having a good overview of this repository in mind from all the done work, maybe it's a good moment to look quickly through the list of open issues and pull requests, if there aren't some which - were already solved or - become unnecessary or - are obsolete and could simply be closed **without further investigations/work**. -> With this, 3.0 would even have a fresher start :-) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
