### Motivation see: - https://github.com/apache/pulsar/actions/runs/3303558527/jobs/5456181204 `TxnLogBufferedWriter` is used to write multiple data to the ledger in batches and maintains a task queue internally. When the `TxnLogBufferedWriter.close` is called, tasks that have not yet been executed in the queue will fail early, causing the failed task get `callback` before the previous tasks. This makes it flaky to validate the execution results sequentially. ### Modifications - Only verify that the order of the correct callback is verified - Make sure all requests have received callbacks. ### Documentation <!-- DO NOT REMOVE THIS SECTION.
