This PR is a part of [Building Great Developer Experience with Admin API Content](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NWmfDyIyUGzXOqX8V28AHyORF72lTFIvxlM6n86wAfU/edit?pli=1#heading=h.r3dt8xy5x3a3), it submits the following changes: 1. Move the `Admin setup` section to `Admin API > Get Started`. > Note: `Get Started` guide has been created and will be completely finished in the future. This PR just moves the section there first. 2.
