PIP: #19771 ### Motivation This is the primary PR for PIP 257 (#19771). I'll update this description once the PR is ready for review. For now, I welcome any reviews with the caveat that this is a WIP. ### Modifications * Add an OpenID Connect Authentication Provider implementation ### Verifying this change There are many new tests to cover this new implementation.
