Currently, there are some doc issues in https://pulsar.apache.org/docs/next/administration-stats/ (reported by @hangc0276) 1. The explanations are inaccurate  2 Stats marked with "Not rest upon restart" are scattered and not easy to find. ### What is your suggestion? 1. Correct the inaccurate explanations. 2. Consolidate and highlight stats marked with "Not rest upon restart". ### Any reference?
