### Search before asking - [X] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/pulsar/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Motivation While evaluating Pulsar Functions for our data transformation purposes we ran into an issue where the Kotlin runtime of the function clashed with the runtime provided by Pulsar which is a bit outdated (1.4.32). ### Solution I propose raising the Kotlin runtime version to 1.8.20 as it seemingly does not break the okio library that is dependent upon such rintime. ### Alternatives _No response_ ### Anything else? _No response_ ### Are you willing to submit a PR? - [X] I'm willing to submit a PR! -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
