It seems to be on Windows. I used this [link](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/27820268/trying-to-run-docker-resulted-in-exit-code-127) to resolve the issue by changing the end of file to **LF** in the file **pulsar\docker\pulsar\scripts\install-pulsar-client.sh**.
