### Motivation Currently NATIVE_AVRO will: * Convert the Avro schema to string and put it in a SchemaDefinition * Create a AvroSchema from the SchemaDefinition. * This will call `createAvroSchema(SchemaDefinition schemaDefinition)` to parse the string into an Avro Schema * Then the Avro schema is converted again to bytes to be put into a SchemaInfo. We can make this much simpler and efficient by building directly the SchemaInfo from the Avro schema. ### Modifications Create and use a SchemaInfo instead of an AvroSchema. ### Verifying this change - [ ] Make sure that the change passes the CI checks.
