Oh I got it. The following logic happened twice https://github.com/apache/pulsar/blob/0cc3d7329cf5c77879f81b99e574972bdae90988/pulsar-broker/src/main/java/org/apache/pulsar/broker/service/ServerCnx.java#L1194-L1198 But the issue becomes, why return a success response when the same consumer subscribes again?
