I followed the steps of the guide '[Run a standalone Pulsar cluster in
Kubernetes](https://pulsar.apache.org/docs/3.1.x/getting-started-helm/)' that
uses Helm. Unfortunately, I got stuck at step 4 about pulsar-manager. Indeed,
pulsar-manager doesn't work following these steps as they are. I encounter the
issues described here: https://github.com/apache/pulsar-manager/issues/505 and
here: https://apache-pulsar.slack.com/archives/C5Z4T36F7/p1692714198252109
This pull request proposes document corrections so that pulsar-manager works
following the guide's steps.
