Deploy Pulsar cluster with TLS configured on brokers. 2. Deploy proxy with Keystore TLS enabled and respective keystores and truststores configured. 3. Call proxy tls endpoint with admin client Eg. bin/pulsar-admin --admin-url https://localhost:8443 tenants list ### What did you expect to see? Expected to see the list of tenants. ### What did you see instead?
