**Describe the bug**
v2.11.0
There is no way to negatively acknowledge the consumer or the registry
method for DeadLetterPolicy is broken
**Expected behavior**
While adding DeadletterPolicy in ConsumerConfiguration while building the
Spout its not picking up the details and its getting lost during Serialisation.
