@codelipenghui @poorbarcode The same problem also exists in the
TransactionBuffer. If TransactionBuffer recovery fails, it will not retry it
until the topic reloads.
But the TransactionBuffer is not lazy load, so we can wait for it to
recover completely and then decide whether the topic is created or loaded
successfully. Of course, this will increase the delay in creating or loading
the topic.
