Process used to update `data/team.js` file: 1. Logged in to https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/committee/pulsar with browser 2. Appended ".json" to URL so that browser goes to https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/committee/pulsar.json 3. Clicked "Save as..." and stored the JSON as ~/Downloads/pulsar.json 4.
