### Motivation There are about 500 fields in `ServiceConfiguration`, which is decorated with the `@Getter` and `@Setter` lombok annotations. It makes IDE code completion extremely slow and harms the develop experience. ### Modifications Replace these annotations with trivial getters and setters generated from Intellj Idea. After this change, the code completion time when I typed `.` on a `ServiceConfiguration` object reduces from about 10 seconds to less than 2 seconds. ### Documentation <!-- DO NOT REMOVE THIS SECTION.
