I can confirm that this issue reproduces with https://github.com/lhotari/pulsar-playground/tree/master/issues/issue22601/standalone_env / https://github.com/semistone/personal_notes/blob/main/pulsar_issue_22601/Test.md also with Netty 4.1.111.Final-SNAPSHOP and Bookkeeper 4.16.6-SNAPSHOT (with PR 4293 included).
