### Motivation
- the timeout command provided by default busybox implementation in Alpine
leaves zombie processes
- see apache/pulsar-helm-chart#554 for details
### Modifications
- add `coreutils` package to the docker image. The size of `coreutils` is
small, only about 1MB.
