### Motivation Version: `3.0.7` The variable `recentlyJoinedConsumers` of `PersistentStickyKeyDispatcherMultipleConsumers` is used to guarantee the delivery order of Key_Shared subscriptions, which is not a thread-safety collection. Almost all operations that access this collection are in a lock block except one place that the current PR fixes, this place caused a concurrency modifying and led the collection to go to a wrong state, the delivery is eventually stuck. **Issue**: the item `#113068( list.tail )` and `#113069 (list.tail.before)` can not be funded in the table, which means the collection is in a wrong state ### Modifications fix the issue ### Documentation <!-- DO NOT REMOVE THIS SECTION.
