Thanks for bringing this up, @lenglet-k. There's isn't a useful reason to
use apachepulsar/pulsar-all when Pulsar IO Connectors aren't used or tiered
storage ("offloaders") isn't used.
I agree that we should make a switch to use apachepulsar/pulsar by default.
It's just due to legacy reasons that we have kept on going ahead using
apachepulsar/pulsar-all as the default.
