It was caused by an incorrect/non optimal flow - in which we committed high volume of messages not via batch mode. still, shouldn't have happened I guess. was not reproduced in 4.0.0 since producer modified to send batches. did not test on 4.0.1 with the non-batch producer -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
