I'll close this. Setting dispatcherRetryBackoffInitialTimeInMs=0 helps with the regression. maybe the default value for this parameter should be 0 or something smaller than 1 ms (e.g. 50 micros or so, can't do that now so used 0) @lhotari Thank you for you help! -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
