Fixes #24856 ### Motivation Currently "CI - Unit - Brokers - Broker Group 1" takes 40-45 minutes to run in Pulsar CI. It's better to balance the existing jobs so that they take about the same time to run. See #24856 for more details. ### Modifications According to [Develocity metrics for Broker Group 1 build](https://develocity.apache.org/s/3j73f22zvbnhk/tests/overview), the slowest tests are related to broker replication. Therefore all replicator/replication related tests have been moved to the existing "broker-replication" test group and the test group has been moved to execute in Broker Group 5 (new) in Pulsar CI. ### Documentation <!-- DO NOT REMOVE THIS SECTION.
