### Motivation
**Background**
The topic deteling steps
- delete and close Transaction buffer.
- delete cursors and ledgers
**Issue**
- delete and close transaction buffer succeed.
- The internal producer of transaction buffer was closed.
- delete curosr failed.
- ...
- Retry to delete
- try to delete and close transaction buffer
- failed because the internal producer of transaction buffer was closed
