Do you have any update on that issue? We are experiencing the same behavior where we noticed we have a few topics that have one (or just a few partitions) "stuck" in the sense that the messages in these partition(s) are not delivered to the consumer. Here's what the logs look like and as well as a graph for one of the topics that shows just one partition experiencing a backlog. I'm available if you need to reach out to me for more info.
