   Yes, i agree with you, just a little difference.
   
   In here, `tracker` does not belong to `messageId`, as defined by 
[PulsarApi.proto](https://github.com/apache/pulsar/blob/master/pulsar-common/src/main/proto/PulsarApi.proto#L52-L57).
 So, we can abstract new struct(MsgTracker or BatchMsgID or so on) to impl it.
