complete list of connectors on the Pulsar Download Page

   Currently, the `Pulsar IO connectors` are incomplete on the Pulsar Download 
Page.
   For example, `flume source`, `flume sink`, `redis sink`, and `solr sink` are 
not shown.

   I've added the missing ones.
