In standalone mode if I copy the nar of my sink and a I create the sink it is not working and also no log files are written. Try to start pulsar standalone and than add a connector, is this working for you? To be noted that the logs are not written also by any other pulsar function that I am running (the same functions in pulsar 2.4.2 are creating the logs in the relative log folder)
